This order was probably my worst experience with the site the quality always awesome but they accidentally shipped my jersey to the wrong address which I know happens but the only way I could get this order was for me to Place another order so they can add this order to it. I understand that shipping is free and I appreciate it it was just kind of frustrating because it was a mistake made by them and the only way for me to get this order was to place another one so that took almost 2 months to get. I ordered it September 5th and didn't get it till October 30th. Customer service was quick to respond but they were not helpful at all with this order. I love this I too much to not order from it again but it was just really frustrating having this experience and would hate for others to experience this. I still recommend this site to soccer fans friends and family because it is great quality and great price. This experience was only one bad when compared to all the great ones I've had with this site

I ordered a size medium Manchester United 17/18 Away Jersey with Lindelof on the back, but the shirt size is WAY too small. Lack of honesty that does not accept returns by saying that I sent to the wrong address, which I nevertheless copied on the package ... then offering me a coupon of 15 EUROS which obviously does not suffice..!

Quality wise, the kit didn't disappoint me. However, shipping was the major issue that I had an issue with these guys. I had placed an order of Bayern's jersy on July 23rd, yet it came to my mailbox nearly a month later.

the shirt is nice but the shipping took so long this is not the first time the shipping took a long time they said the shipping would be just 2 weeks at most turns out it was 4 weeks they said that at the last minute it is ridiculous i needed way sooner but they rake forever

I ordered this jersey and it took way longer than it said it would. When it was delivered, i found that the crest was not stitched like it said it would be, and the adidas logo was a sticker. The sponsor logo in the center of the shirt was way smaller than it should've been. Overall 0/10! DO NOT ORDER

Stamped numbers and letters fall appart after 5 months. Costummer serviço say it is normal and doesn't offer solution. 3 Stara because the shirt and shorts are good quality.

I had made an order July 6th 2017 and as of today which is the 23rd I have still yet to get my order. Apparently it is still in China. The last order I had made, one shirt came with a stain and they did not do anything about it. I like the quality they have for the shirts but service is so bad it caused me not to buy from them again. Now I must find another company with the same quality that they have and from what I heard there are some that do. If you do order expect good quality just not good service.
